Lost E-Ticket Receipt

Hi,

What do I need to do about obtaining a new e-ticket reciept? Is it ok just to print off the MMB page or will I need Virgin to send me one. If so, how do I do this?

You can either get one at the ticket desk if you loose it or i've given them a call when i've been trigger happy with the delete button and they've sent it out again.

Or print your booking from the VS website - I have used this before

Or if flying from LHR, check yourself in using the DIY kiosks and it spits out an e-ticket receipt along with your boarding card.

Kudos to BA for allowing you to re-print your e-ticket from the MMB part of the Exec Club website. You have type in the credit card number you booked with, as a security measure. Time for VS to implement this I think :)
