On line travel management and online checkin

I have booked a combined SQ/VS RTW ticket.

The segments I am using with VS- can I use the online check in facility and seat management system. I do have separate PNR numbers for the SQ and VS segments however when I input the VS one it does not appear to recognize it? Is this because it is a combined ticket to start with?

I have recently done this. It will depend which booking system was used to book your tickets. In my case, it was Galileo and I therefore have a Galileo PNR. I can view my itinerary my entering the PNR at https://www.viewtrip.com/en-us/ViewTrip.asp and see the VS booking reference for each sector. By entering this on the VS site, I have been able to change my seats and presumably, when the time comes, OLCI. Hopefully, you can do something similar.
