Hi, can I use the PE check in with an economy ticket and a BMI silver card?

Nope.

Just like I can't use my Virgin Gold Card to use the BMI Business check-in facilties.

However if you are a BMI Gold Member, you can use the LHR Clbhouse if flyign ona VS coded ticket.
