I believe so. VS website also lists this as a "Good Night Flight". The A346 that typically flies the route would have the snooze zone in rows 1-7 of Upper. ISTBC, of course.

The VS006 does not have Snooze Zone. However it does have the Good Night Service.

The snooze zone is only available on the VS46, the VS10, the VS2, the VS12, the VS22 and the VS4 (the overnight flights from the northeast USA) as they are the shortest overnights crossing time zones, to allow maximum dark time/sleep time.
