With the new site layout come some changes to the Flying Co terms and conditions. Ones I've noticed so far which MAY already have been there are
2.2 Clarifies that you can allow travellers to use rewards for personal rather than business use but seems to tighten up on who can me a member (will be clarifying this and revert back).
2.3 Explains that they must be 18+ - bit weird as someone COULD be a company traveller at 16.
5.6 Rewards may now only be used by employees. Again this seems unusually restrictive on families.
6.1.3 Says that there are reward seats on ALL flights. I assume the get out here is that it may be one Y seat.
6.2.2 You may now request upgrades no later than the day before departure. You won't get a voucher - an entry will be made on your booking.
6.2.4 If you don't get the upgrade you must call FCo within 14 working days to get recredited the miles - no voucher to carry forwards.
7.2 "Travellers may be asked to show personal and company identification at any time during Reward use."
12.1 says essentially that I can't post this information yet the document is freely available on a public site without login and thus is in the public domain so the clause is unenforceable under any normal Confidentiality Agreement.
