I'm flying vigin for the 1st time with my daughter to JFK from LHR on 29th march. Can anyone tell me if seats 56A and 56C are half decent seats. There really wasnt much of a choice left.
Welcome to V-Flyer.
If you have a look at the V-Flyer seat ratings page.
You can select the type of plane you are on from the drop down menuu and have a look to see if anyone has anythiong to say about your particular seats.
I have to say that IMHO, in general, unless you are talking about the seats right at the back of the plane - or bulk head / exit row seats - then economy seats are pretty much, alike.
Bear in mind the position of the wing, if you are hoping to look out of the window, and remember that the meal service starts at the front and back - working towards the middle, there fore those in the middle are the ones who are faced with the prospect of their meal choice not being available.

Sometimes The ASA (Advanced seat Asighment) will not show until 24 hrs before when OLCI is released. so those available are some of the % which can be pre-REQUESTED but as always can change due to operational reasons
