VS009 {LHR-JFK} -- A430-300 or A340-600?

OK now I'm really confused.

About two months ago, I had thought I would almost definitely be flying the A340-300 on VS009 from LHR-JFK. I was going to choose another flight on PE, until I asked the man at Virgin's reservation center, and told me to choose VS009 because it would be the A340-600 and said "it's the newest baby in Virgin."

so the A340-300 isn't exactly the "newest baby" in Virgin's fleet, but now, at Virignflyer.com, it has under VS009 that it was more % of it being a A340-600 than A340-300! Am I actually going to be flying on the

Recently VS9 has been operated mainly by a 346 rather than a 343. You can look up your flight on Expedia to check.

What date are you travelling.

The VS009 is currently being operated by an A340-600 daily.

The VS45 has been downgraded from a 747 to an A340-300 and the VS3 stays as a 747

We are flying VS004 JFK-LHR June 21 (B744), and returning VS009 July 12 LHR-JFK (A340-?00), all on PE.

The VS9 will be a A340-600 with V-port

The VS4 will be a suite with UCS. Only a few LHR 400 have new PE suite so you will have to wait until the day!

Do the Airbus A340-600 have the new PE seats installed? Or is it just those 744's?

Hmm.... VS has switched VS009 back to the 343. I wonder why the sudden change? It seems VS is switching back and forth?

Will VS045 definitely be an A340-300 for the month of June? Any chance at all for a suite for the 300?
