Are Partner Airline agreements not reciprical? (where's spell check?)
I notice that Gulf Air is a Partner Airline for VS FC miles earning, and I also notice that VS is a miles earning partner on Qatar's FF program, but can I earn VS FC miles on a Qatar flight?

So how can one airline FF earn miles with another airline, but it not work the other way round?

I'll keep this new question on this thread !!

Ive just noticed browsing the partner part of the Virgin site that its only 150k miles for a UK-Australia Business return with SQ which seems a bargain ..... has anyone had any experience booking SQ flights thru FC ? ..... assuming a quiet time of the year does anyone know how many J seats they may make available per flight ... am I likely to get 4 ??
