If you elect to have your suite made into a bed, must you keep it as a bed for the rest of the flight or will they convert it back to a chair if you request?
Thakn you

Hi Michael,
No, you can have it changed as many times as you like, whenever you want. After a while, you'll get sick of asking though, I guarantee. It's not tough to do, so you can do it yourself at will. (The crew will show you how)

you can do as you please!
all you need to do is stand up, press a button, and it converts back to a seat.
The problem you may find is waking up - I managed at least 12 hours sleep to Sydney last month!

You have to admit that it is pretty cool to ask the CC to do it for you the first couple of times. I cant wait until the kids get this treatment next week (assuming they're still awake on the VS010).
Once the novelty wears off, you just want your suite ready as soon as possible. Why can't they get it certified as a bed for take off?

Michael,
Novice or not, you'll surely enjoy being "taught" the basics of the UCS.

Chuck is literally correct - the cabin crew will give you a guide to your seat's features. Enjoy...
