(Apologies if this is a repeat but I searched "Aircraft Names," "Plane Names,""Names Contest," and "Edward Windsor's Cost to the General Public" without finding a single match)

OK. So.

You've just won the pools and you decide to invest the money in starting up an airline. Fool. Ahem...

Anyway, you have enough money to purchase three 747's and paint them all pretty, like Wayne Rooney's girlfriend. Ahem...

ANYWAY, you need names for them, by jove. What would your three aircraft be named?

Choices of the GrinningJackanapes:

A) Miss Blighty Flighty (GJ-BLTY)
B) Miss Pigs on the Wing (GJ-OINK)
C) Miss Bubble & Squeak (GJ-SQEK)

Fly me!!!

HI GJ

There is a similar thread here in the Clubhouse forum where quite a few of our members have made suggestions.

Have to ask where 'Miss Pigs on the Wing' originates from? :D

Thanks,
Sarah

Perhaps from one of the best Pink Floyd albums "Animals". Has a track called "pigs on the wing"
