Just been reading it and the guy has actually put the crews full names on the site who he has a grundge against - thats terrible - ok we all make mistakes but to put there names on a website. I know I would'nt be too happy.

Oooh, ideal opportunity to paraphrase myself from a post on another forum back in January :D:

I don't think it's any sort of a reflection on VA at all. I'll leave aside my pet hates of poor English, horrendous formatting, a badly designed site, and his idiotic ranting (likening stewardesses to Harold Shipman? Pur-lease!):

The incident the guy complains about (alledgedly) happened 7 years ago, and he seems to have let it take over his life. It can't be healthy to be so obsessed for that length of time!

He's given no substance to his "exchange of words", so you can't get a feel for what exactly went on.

His "complaint" site is directed at VA, but somehow links to stories about Virgin Trains and plane spotters being arrested in Greece are included.

How old are the "complaints" on the site? How many of those "complaints" are justified? How many "complaints" that relate to VA are on the site? How many people fly happily with VA every year?

I love flying with VA - it's such a young & vibrant airline. I've never had anything less than good (and it has mostly been excellent) service - from telephone booking to FC queries, from check-in staff to the FAs, even when the IFE has been broken (always had either a seat move, or a loan DVD player, and miles/voucher compensation).

HTH :)

Cheers

Michael

I remember seeing this site many years ago.

This guy had an argument because the movie was paused, the guy seems a nutter, and if his temper is anything like what his website demonstrates, then he deserved what he got.

I wouldnt want him sitting next to me on a flight! [xx(]

note he doesnt say what he told the flight attendant in "the argument" - therein lies the truth i think...
