Okay then, putting it all together, and in your own opinion, what would be the best seat on the best flight you'd like to take, or have taken ?
For example :
Seat 2K on a A346 to HKG then onto SYD ?
Seat 1A on a B744 to Barbados ?
Seat 18K on a A346 to LA ?
Any others youve tried or rate very highly with you ?
Just curious, oh and bored at work on Bank Holiday Monday !

Never been in a suite so would have to say 18K in the old style UC back from SFO which I was lucky enough to be op up into - and then I do really enjoy seat 79c (LGM744) or 74c (LHR744) to or from anywhere:D

I had 3K reserved on a 346 to HKG and changed it to 16A to be nearer the bar! Daft or what?

No. I did something similar and changed to 12A and 13A. After all you do have to walk back to your seat after a few bevvies, don't you?

Honey Lamb,
My Point entirely! Plus, thinking about it I always like sitting at the rear of any cabin (with maybe the exception of Y on a big plane) so why change.
The shorter the stagger the better!

John

Haha - im seeing a trend here !
I went for 2K on a 346 due to solo flight on my own down to SYD - so i can stagger to the bar whenever, then stagger back and get some sleep in peace !
by the way - do you get many passengers spening any time in length at the bar ? - Maybe the cabin crew amounst us could answer that one ?

9A, on VS7, a 744, heading home to LA from London. Or, snuggled up in the Suite in 2K, on VS8, bound for London.

As long as it's to or from EWR I don't care.

The shorter the stagger the better!
You could also get Suite service when the stagger becomes too wobbly!

I'm with you on this one Bazz, - If I was being extremely picky, I would add a seat in the LHR CH on the way out and a visit to SFO CH on my return....

For me, it would be in the pilot's seat of a 744. Not that I'm much of a control freak or anything, but as a keen amateur flyer, that's the ultimate!
