Hey Guys,
3 Weeks ago i flew LGW-LAS in premium economy and my PTV wasn't working during the flight. The crew did everything they could but still wouldn't work so they gave me a DVD player. On my return i wrote a kindly worded letter to VS telling them that it didn't work and as a goodwill gesture they have given me 10,000 flying club miles! [^][^][^][^]:D:D
