Article in the Sunday Times travel section today -

Cabin crew on a Delta flight from Houston to Salt Lake Cuty have admitted that they failed to notice that a passenger had unfortunately died en route!!

The crew said that as long as the seat is upright and the tray table is folded away for landing then they would let people rest!!

"We dont like to disturb passengers" a spokesmnan explained.

A fellow passenger apparently said that he was "pretty damned distrubed"

Yes, hilarious ... in an uncomfortable way. Can see it happening, how would you react if you were sat next to the person!

Especialy when you had to leave the A/C! If the pax sitting next to the person who died didnt notice the crew wouldnt have either and this is delta we are talking about!

I've had a few flights where I may as well have been dead;)

However, it's not a good way to go and I express my sympathies for the family of the deceased[:(]

Yes quite correct - however - what better way is there to go - it obviously wasnt anything traumatic otherwise someone would have noticed - so what about it - your time has come - you get on the VSxx to somewhere, tuck yourself into your UCS and then pass peacefully away!![:w]
