As there has been some negative feedback about VH service in some posts (Not unjustified in most cases) I thought I would share an experience I had on my recent trip.
We arrived at our hotel in St Petes Beach (Trade Winds Island Grand) and decided in was not for us. We contacted our local Rep who was really helpful. She said we could do whatever we wanted to do and she would help us, no problem. She arranged for us to check out early from the hotel (At no extra cost) and checked availability for a number of other hotels, so that we had a few options to consider.
We decided on going to Orlando. She contacted our chosen hotel and made all the arrangements. This was all done and dusted with a smile in about 20 minutes. She was so helpful and understanding. It really made a difference to our holiday as we would have been unhappy staying where we booked.
