I am trying to spend my miles online.

1. I log in
2. I see the box"Spending Your Miles" and hit the "Book Rewards" link

I end up in a regular revenue booking engine???

What am I doing wrong? Is it because I am in the Australian site[?]

If you have sufficient points in your account for the rewards that you are trying to book, then it could be an availability problem.

This threadis about and almost identical problem.

Here, the advice was to check for seats over the phone.

I have hundreds of thousands of points - I fly every month to USA or UK from Sydney.

Its very frustrating[:(!]

Everytime I enter the site it asks if I want Econony, PE or UC lowest/flexible...nothing about mileage

Ring your flying club number and book over the phone.
