There are a variety of treatments offered in the clubhouse as listed on the website. Are these charged for or are the complimentary for UC passengers;)

Hi Dell,
The Treatments in the CH are free for UC pax[y] You can preebook treatments aswell by calling the number which i think is on the same page of the list of treatments.

Cheers,

Treatments last for 15/20 minutes so do not expect too much. However, they are nice and you really do get that pampered feeling pre flight and normally leave refresh and rejuvenated.

There has been a discussion as to whether you tip or not given that the treatments are free. I suppose one should not feel obligated but if you have enjoyed the experience then ........

^ Note that the list above is for the Cowshed Spa at LHR CH only. LGW CH still operates a V.Touch salon - though you'll still be able to get a facial, shave, haircut or other standard treatments.

Thanks,
Sarah

Take a look at this page for the LGW CH - there is an email address and a telephone number for V.Touch, so you can always contact them and enquire as to the full range of treatments, but as i said above there is plenty on offer from shaves to facials to pedicures and back massages.

Thanks,
Sarah

Which Website lists the treatments etc please

This one and this one - for Heathrow.

Guests are also allowed to have complimentary treatments, but they can't pre-book them so best thing to do is pop on over when you arrive to get one scheduled. This also extends to Virgin Holidays Clubhouse Pass visitors too.

Mat xxx

Hopefully nobody noticed the small addition [:w]
