How long for miles?

Had a bit of a moan at VS after experiencing a hell of a hash with CDC's and missing baby seats on the way back from BGI recently (relevant TR is kicking about somewhere...) They got back to me a week or so ago with a promise of 20K miles compensation. Anyone know how long these should take to hit my account?

Well, looks like good things come to those who wait. It took another letter of complaint to 'Executive Assistant to Sir Richard Branson', but I was rather happy to see 25K miles in mine AND Mrs. mdvipond's FC accounts the morn.

An extra 5K for the added incovenience I presume... Nice.
