Hi guys - Remember me! Well I e-mailed customer relations at Virgin Holidays last night and asked them to check for me. I got a nice e-mail back today from I.T. Department telling me that everything was sorted now and apologising.:D So everything is fine now. Thumbs up for I.T.[y]
