I dont know if anyone else has had this but Virgin Holidays in Orlando has just called me to see if they can help with anything for our up-coming trip.

I spoke with Yvonne who was excellent and really helpful - she told me that VH call all their customers beofore they come out.

What a great service this is!!!

( I asked Yvonne permission to use her name and she said she was going to check out this web site)

Given some of the disaster stories with the VH call centres - you have to take your hat off to them for this [y] Excellent customer service, what you expect from the V brand.

No doubt you got hit with the park tickets sales patter though....[}:)]

Not really - but did say that we have been 8/9 times before and knew what we were doing - I asked Yvonne if I could help her with anything - and she thought that was funny and asked me if I wanted a Virgin Uniform when I arrived - [y] - we chatted about a few restaurants and I said she should give us call and pop over and say hello. Apparently she has a Harley for getting around

I was really impressed.

And if you did check out the site Yvonne then get registered and come join the Virgin fun!!

A very nice touch indeed, We are flying out 05/09 VS75 MAN-MCO. still havent had a phonecall though, now I know it might be coming, I am having to think on what I could do to improve my holiday.

Thought I might help out with some answers to our new trail 'service enhancement' facility from Virgin Holidays.

We are calling all Virgin Holidays customers 6-8 weeks before departure who have booked an accommodation package direct with us and travelling to Orlando, New York and Las Vegas.

These reps are based out in resort and can help with all questions relating to your holiday excursions and area information.
