Two prices?

I have just called VH after sales and they quoted me for PE £250PP one way & UC £590PP each way.

When i go online to service my booking and look at the flight upgrades they are showing:

PE £320 PP one way & UC £660PP one way???[?]

All of these on outbound sector

When are the upgrades for, VH just brought out new prices for next year on USA & Canada, and the £320 rates are the new ones, maybe the VH CC staff gave you the old rates by mistake?

The price you were quoted direct with Virgin holidays was without the fuel charge and the price online is the upgrade cost with the fuel charge.

£250 + 70 (fuel ) = £320

If you have already paid a fuel charge then you just pay the upgrade cost.
