On an upcoming trip I have a connection to a VS flight at Newark that will involve transferring between terminals. If my inbound flight is significantly delayed this could be tight.

I'll be using online check-in and will be able to access the UC line, but I'm concerned about the repercussions if I'm delayed and arrive at the desk after the 60 minute mark.

Anyone have any experience with the VS team at Newark? Is there ever any flexibility on the 60 minute boarding pass pickup? Are they likely to be helpful about rebooking if the worst happens?

Grateful for any light anyone is able to shed.
