Which page are we talking about? The Trip report or the itinerary page?

Edit: For the itineary page there is a sticky at the top of the forum page which will assist then select New topic to bring up the page to entter all your details.

i mean the details at the bottom of some pages, it list the destination, the remaining etc

I take it you mean our 'countdown clocks' to your next trip away?

Q: How do I get one of the countdown tickers that people have in their signature?

A: This is a paid member benefit only - firstly you need to purchase a membership kit in the store. Once your membership has been processed, reference this thread to find out how to get your countdown ticker.
