Tipping IFBT

Taking my first UC flight back to LHR in November (have done LGW on a couple of occasions) so will have the benifit of a IFBT for the first time [^]. Two Questions:
1) Which treatment do you recommend?
2) Should you tip the IFBT and if so how much?

Have never heard of anyone tipping the IFBT - though I never accept treatments myself, so I'm no expert on this aspect of UC:D

I am going to be inconsistant here but....

I generally do tip in the LHR CH for a treatment but not the IFBT, don't know why I make the distinction except possibly that I do know the allowances the crew are on whilst away are pretty good, wheras the CH staff probably are at a disadvantage. If I go to a proper salon I tip so just seemed a logical extension of this.
