Clubhouse Menu

Does anybody know what is on the menu food wise in the clubhouse - Searched and found nothing.

Depends what time of day it is as the menu changes. Also the menu changes periodically.

Have never actually eaten a whole meal in the CH, but if the cookies are anything to go by...[8D]

IIRC there is an all-day breakfast which includes the Full Monty, as well as the signature dish of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and eggs Benedict is also there. Aer John has always had a burger and chips but that is all I remember

Last time I went through in July, which was the second visit since the extended Clubhouse was opened, I thought the menu was much expanded from my last visit, with a wider variety of items. I had more than one helping of the gravadlax, and just several smaller/lighter options.

The wait staff were absolutely fantastic too.

I'll be in the CH between about 8.30am and 10.30am on Saturday, I'm departing on the VS19. So maybe bump into you.

The braised beef and mash off the bistro menu is delicious and heartily recommended if it's available.Have to echo what mike-smashing says about service too - waiting staff are spot on.

The white choc and raspberry cheesecake is one of my 'must do's' once at the CH........[:p]

We must respect VS copyright just like any others; please do not scan or load the menu. How about giving us a general idea of what the menu contains (categories, for example) along with several items you thought looked appealing?

A la carte

All day breakfast

Full english breakfast

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon

Eggs Benidict

Soups and salads

Spiced pumpkin soup- V

Scotch broth

Watercress and chicory salad- V

Caesar salad

Bigger bites

Shepherds pie with sesonal vegetables

Salmon fishcake

Grilled chicken sandwich

Thai Veg green curry with jasmine rice- V

Steamed fillet of seabass

Clubhouse burger

Braised beef and champ

Wild mushroom lasagne- V

Naughty but nice

Sticky toffee pudding with creme fraiche

White chocolate cherry cheesecake with berry compote

Ben and jerrys ice cream

Exotic fruit salad with passion fruit sorbet

V= Vegetarian

Hope this give you an idea of whats on offer, theres more at the deli which is also on the menu.;)
