I wasnt able to fly out on VS7 this morning for various reasons, my outbound ticket is a 'W' fare and the inbound flight is a 'K' fare on VS10. I managed to get through to customer care this morning and they let me change the outbound to VS45 next week, I will be charged £55 for the change and another fee of £25 (£29 ?) for something else, didnt quite get the reason for that. Are the charges the norm for 'W' ticket?

I have opted to pay these charges at the airport, maybe they'll get lost in admin [}:)]

Just wondered what the term 'fully flexible' means in the fare class code description, it is fully flexible but if you want to change you will have to pay for the change ???

thanks

The change fee is correct I'm afraid as when you are travelling on mixed fare codes the lowest fare restrictions apply to the whole of your journey.

On your flights this means the rules and restrictions for you K fare took effect.
