Couldn't help but raising a wry smile to an interview with Steve Ridgeway (VS Chief Exec)in Business Traveller World this month.
He is reported as saying in response to an increased profits question, "there have been no cuts in front of the passenger, not in the product. We're just using smarter procurement". Has he not experienced the Scroogepack yet, not to mention the unmentionable red cushion!!
I read this with my scrooge pack at my side on the way to EWR last week!!
