Are these flight generally less crowded that the VS75/VS76? I really want to increase my chances of getting a bulkhead seat for my disabled daughter. I am due to book in the next day or two as I am wanting to travel during the last two weeks in August next year.

I don't think there's much in it to be honest especially in August.

The VS73 gives you an advantage, in that you dont have to be at the airport quite so early.

I agree with James (above) - in August there is not going to be a lot of difference in loads between the two MAN-MCO flights & both will probably be pretty full.

Some people will see the earlier arrival of the VS075 in Orlando as an advantage. Likewise, some people will see the later departure of the VS073 as an advantage.

I live about a 90min drive away from MAN and had the choice of either flight to MCO for my trip in November & chose the earlier VS075 if this is any help.

If you are really concerned and certain you want to get a Bulkhead seat then for me the best choice would be to use the VS75, this way you can then ensure you are at the airport for the check in opening (ok I know it will mean a bit of a wait at the aiport, but if its worth it...) and thus giving yourselves the best chance of getting a Bulkhead seat.

August is a busy month for VS and the last two weeks are no exception. Which flight you want to go on is up to you. I can only comment on the advantages of going on VS075 (no not ME) having done that flight three times but it depends on what time you are prepared to get up and what time you are prepared to be driving around Florida after you've landed.

VS075/76 are the principal MAN-MCO flights and if bookings turn out to be unusually low then they may consolidate both flights onto VS075/76, as was the case for this month. This is unlikely for August but if it does happen then you should get reasonable notice to do something about it.

If you want a bulkhead seat then may I suggest that you use OLCI nearer the time and, if possible, try and pre-allocate your seats when booking. Look at the seat maps on the site and you should be able to find a seat which is perfect for your daughter.

Whatever you decide to do good luck in booking the right seats and have a good time in Florida nonetheless [y]
