Membership pack?

Spot the shiny new Au card in my profile! Really chuffed I made it over the threshold.

Will my cards and membership pack arrive fairly soon or are they still delayed? We're travelling to NYC in 3 weeks time in PE and I was hopeful I could flash the card around by then, in case of op-ups! I know I will still be allowed into the CH regardless.

Not sure how long it is taking now days, just make sure your FC number is associated with your booking. VS Staff will be fully are of your new shiny status for potential benefits.

well i ordered mine on the weekend and it arrived in the post this morning. So hopefully your's should be along soon.

I hit Au on monday afternoon. Gold card was on he doormat this morning.

FC may have been slated in the past for slow delivery of membership packs. I was a little shocked but very impressed to see mine so quickly.

A good start to VS Au for me......

Mine arrived at the weekend as well, it seems the backlog is cleared. Well done Virgin! I suppose it was mainly due to the logo changeover etc.

Looking forward to my first Au 50% bonus in two weeks time!
