Virgin Atlantic has appointed brand communications agency Fifty-One to create and publish Travel Notes, an in-flight customer magazine for the airline's first class passengers.
Fifty-One, which designed Virgin Atlantic's previous in-flight customer magazine Carlos, said the first issue of Travel Notes, which appears on October 10, would feature contributions from travel writers Tom Dixon, David Schrigley and Juliette Lewis, and illustrations from actor Mackenzie Crook.
Travel Notes, which is biannual, will be available in the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class lounges at London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and will have an initial circulation of 95,000 copies.
