Gonna be a LHR T3 tomorrow but can't use CH!

Found out earlier this week that I am off to Mumbai tomorrow for 4 days. Company wouldn't stretch to a last minute VS fare, so ended being booked onto Jet Airways. Apparently seats and service are very good (not a patch on UCS though[:(]) but I am reliably informed that the amenity pack is way better than VS (but that isn't hard now is it).

Anyway, can't believe I am in LHR T3 and can't use the CH [:(], I think we do get access to BA lounge (I know I can use the AA Kerbside check in)

If any Au or UC are going to be at LHR around 7pm please let me know if you can sign me in ;)

You won't get into the Clubhouse unless you're holding a ticket for same-day travel on VS, regardless of whether you're FC Gold or a guest of an Upper Class passenger.

Sorry matey.

hmmm, wonder if I can pick up a cheap econ ticket for today and then not use it. Wonder where the cheapest place to fly is.

I am staying in the ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton. As it's my first trip to Mumbai don't know where this is in relation to the Hyatt - I'm there until Thursday, so let me know and perhaps we can get together.

I can see the Royal Meridien and the Intercontinental Grand from my window in a complex of hotels near the airport... any other Mumbai experts care to enlighten us?
