Re Infants in PE

A few questions I know up stairs there is a “Wardrobe” where the larger carry on bags are stored, From a Virgin and the current Security point of view are we allowed to take on board an Infants Baby seat, i.e. the smaller ones with a handle, or would this have to be checked in.

Is there a similar wardrobe on the lower deck.

If it has to be checked in can it is checked in at the gate similar to a buggy, i.e. on our last day we will checking at Downtown Disney, but need the seat to get back to the airport,

Trust the above is clear, and once again thanks for your help.

Hi Mark,

I believe there is a wardrobe downstairs but it is unlikely to hold a baby seat - I would suspect it would need to be checked in - unless of course there is a free seat that you can use and the seat is certified for use on a/c.

Last time we were in MCO we checked in at DTD but kept a couple of small bags along with pushchair and 2 carseats - we simply dropped these off at check-in at the airport and it was relatively painless. The other option, if you really do not want to drop anything at the airport, is to see if you can hire a car seat from your hire car company for the last day and then leave it in the car at the airport.

I am also pretty certain that we have on at least one occassion dropped the child seat at the gate and I do not believe there would be a problem with this.
