Came across this item on ebay.

A booklet with pictures to show crew how to present the food. Makes sense I suppose so that meals are presented in a consistent manner on all flights but it never really crossed my mind before given that the meals on VS are not pre-plated.

Yup - I've seen them in the galley before. (Tends to be just after the menu changes, as they obviously get used to them over time).

IIRC, there's also a protocol about the orientation of the little plane on the plates that's supposed to be adhered to when preparing/serving the meals.

I will be surprised if this auction runs its course.

I think there is something about crew manuals that say they remain the property of VS. If this is true, it is stolen property.

I stand to be corrected but several auctions of material of this type have ended early. I have always assumed that, when someone from Crawley spots them, they contact EBay.

I will watch with interest. [8D]:D

Why is it posted in the BA section on ebay? ;-)
