Hi, I have cancelled a passenger with Virgin Holidays however when I went on to Manage my flight on the Virgin Alantic Passanger, the passanger was still showing on the booking information.
How long does it usually take for this information to be updated?

Hi Claire - VH send info across to VS once a day (AFAIK there isn't a specific time they do it either), so it can take upto 24 hours for your info to change on the VS site.

Hi, Thank you, will keep checking, we have PE seats in the bubble for when we go to mco so I want to check that when the passanger is removed that we don't lose our seats.
