A Seating Question

Hi,
I flew out on VS07 on 30th September and had booked the seats a long time in advance as my other half likes to be near a window. We were a little shocked when we boarded and found that seat 34K was not a window seat.
We thought this was a little naughty to advertise it as a window seat. Has anybody else had similary problems ????
We are due to fly to New York in February and would like to double check that these seats are window seats and that we dont have the same problem, anybody got any advice on how to double check?????

Hi there, and welcome to V-Flyer

You'll want to take a look at the Seat Rating Page on our forum.

You'll see here that rows 33, 34 & 35 have limited window visability as some of the windows are blocked out, and are therefore not rated too highly by our frequent flyers. When selecting your seats for your next flight, use the seat ratings and seat maps as a reference tool for where to (and not to) sit. There are only a handful of seats like this on each aircraft, so 'tis bad luck to get one.

Thanks,
Sarah
