Don't know if thisis old news or not, but I dropped a note to customer services after my last UC flight, an overnight to dubai, complaining that after spending a couple of grand on a flight, I'd expect a little more than a micro-tube of toothpaste and some eye-shades as an amenity kit. Got a reply back from Richard's office - wants me to know that due to passenger feedback they will be changing the amenity kits soon. Ok, so it's Richard the standard template generating computer as oposed to SRB, but good news, no?
