Does anyone know if the new seats will be ready on flights from Vegas to Gatwick by next August.

Hi Gill,

I doubt whether anyone will be able to confirm this for you. What I do know is that all the LHR aircraft will be re-fitted first. Currently we have around half of the A346 fleet fitted with the new seating. The 747's and the A343 will follow once the A346's are completed.

The LGW/MAN assigned aircraft will be last to get re-fitted. I would expect them to be completed probably be Q3 or Q4 next year....:D I would be suprised if VS started on the LGW/MAN aircraft before they had finished all the LHR assigned metal.

Fingers crossed but August may come round too soon unfortunately.....:D

Do you know any reason behind this Ben? the VS site still says the new PE service improvements will be from November...seems to be taking a long time just to change the way the food is presented[:?]
