its way too early to know exactly which aircraft.
even VS won't know yet!
I believe the new seat plans will be posted shortly by pixuk

I believe the aircraft is allocated 2 weeks prior to date.

If this is the LGW flight you mentioned in the other thread, chances are they will be Suite configured by then, in which case you'll be looking at a seatmap like the one below (this is the current plan, but as re-fits won't start until September at the earliest, there may be tweaks to this layout).

they currently have 28 uc seats
they will have just 14 in this new config
I know that in jul aug upperclass fills fast .. i guess the days of op ugrades are over with only 14 seats to grab?

...and with 20 extra seats in PE VS is certainly recognising the popularity of the PE product.

Only 14 seats in UC and a bar, now who else has 14 seats upfront and no bar[?]Looks like a few LGW flights next year:D

The Exclusivity is nice sure
I was pointing out that Gold members generally will get OP Upgrades first..
However they will be few and far between if UC is only half of what it once was!!
The answer is simple of course pay for UC!!
But freebies always seem more satisfying!!

Pix,
IF they do start in September and are doing two aircraft per month, they should possibly have finished by December? Am I correct there are five LGW 747-400's?

Yes there are 5, they'll be lucky to have 2 of the LGW ones done by Dec.

Why is that? All the LHR aircraft will have been done by then?
