Top class Pre-Order service

Just placed my pre-order for my next trip today, was an absolutely great phone call, real good service. The lady I spoke to even remembered speaking to me on my trip back in November (or am I the only one that bought a mini-TV specially to watch the Rugby World Cup Final in LHR departures? )

I watched the England v Wales 1/4 final in the LHR clubhouse.Right good crack trying to explain front row play to an american lady:D.

Actually, when I said "on my trip" I meant speaking to me to do the pre-order "before my trip" (*sigh*).

Brilliant to see that the order details and receipts were waiting for me in today's post. I didn't get her name, so I was hoping the paperwork would have her name on and I could send a note in, or a nomination for the next Heroes. Wonder if the person taking the order is linked on the system? [?]
