What's wrong with I.Map?

I was on G-VMEG to Hong Kong on Saturday. I.Map did not work at all. Is Virgin having problems with it at the moment?

You are not alone, it seems a few V-flyers have had problems with I.Map over the last few weeks, if you have a look here you will see the other thread where this has/is being discussed.

Please add all comments about the unavailability of the mapping system, to that one.
