I have been having trouble logging into my FC account through the VA.com website for quite some time now. (approx 3 months!)

Whenever I try to log on it says:
"We're sorry your account is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact your Flying Club helpline."

I have done this and after being passed around someone said he would look into it and get back to me but still nothing!

Anyone experienced this before or have any advice I can give FC to "unlock" my account?
