Pre Booked Duty Free

I pre-booked duty free for my return flight on VS22, but I was due to fly tomorrow 22nd Dec, but now have moved it to the 23rd, due to snow here in Denver.

How do I let Virgin know ? What do i need to do ?

Looking at the VS web site it says:

(If your flight plans change while youÕre abroad, call +44 (0) 870 190 3003 and we will ensure that you receive your order on the relevant flight. We just need five days notice).


Give them a call and see what they say. If you have ordered something that's widely available they might have it on the flight anyway.
