OLCI lost my seats...

Well after the fifth attempt in the past few hours at re-entering all the API information for two pax, and OLCI failing each time, after seeing we were now allocated 'Window' and 'None' rather than the seats I'd chosen weeks ago I just checked on ExpertFlyer and my previously reserved seats are now showing empty! Premier line put a note to say this, but apparently can't do anything else.

Technology, gotta love it.

OK - I have figured out why by myself. OLCI fails when you say you're in transit. I checked in saying I'll be staying in the US - which I will be albeit for onlu a few hours. Unfortunately now, despite Premier placing a note, of course the seats I'd bagged all those weeks ago have gone.
