It's a very nice lounge, very quiet and has a 'homely' feel to it. Much more private than the JFK Clubhouse. The staff are great and bring around samples from the buffet for you, plus serve desserts at your seat. When the flights called the staff hold the lounge doors open for you and give you mints.[y]

It's the little touches that make it good and I was really pleased. I think the only issue is that the food is a bit more limited, being more buffet than on demand.

One thing : the toilets need a makeover, but have nice toiletries etc in them.

Thanks,

David.

Cozy, Bijou (smaller than the JFK lounge) but exclusive.... and friendly!

The staff there are very good and its size doesn't seemt to be much of a problem from what I've seen, although I've never been there when the flight is particularly.
Its facilities and food are certainly not LHR standard but are perfectly adequate and definitely welcome when you're in EWR;) As others have said, what has made the EWR CH special for me is the staff - in my experience they are very attentive.:D
