Is Thanks Giving 2007 on the 22nd or 29th November? I forget whether it is the 4th Thursday or the last Thursday and even if it is the 4th Thursday does this still follow if the 1st is also a Thursday?

Sorry, not totally VS related but the answer will make a difference to me booking one of the new special offers just announced.
