Hi, I've recently returned from Newark to Heathrow on a Virgin Atlantic flight, where I caught a Virgin RailAir bus to Watford to connect with a Virgin train.

The plane and the train were fine - on-time, comfortable and very accomodating. The RailAir/coach service is another story, one that I won't bore anyone with unless asked. However, is there anyone with information about where to raise my comments with someone who would take them seriously? I believe that the RailAir service is run by National Express, but I figure if the powers that be in the Virgin Group don't know what appalling standards are to be found in the logo'd coach service, I can expect them to improve!

Cheers for any suggestions you can make.

Welcome to V-Flyer,

I think this is the first time I have read criticism of the Virgin coach service - in fact I didn't know that it existed. [:I] Virgin Trains on the other hand seem to get regular kickings in all sections of the media.

It is a long time since I travelled by coach to the airport. I used to use the National Express 'Flightlink' coaches a fair bit, and found them a bit slow, but always clean and efficient.

Glad your flights were okay, anyway. [8D];)
