This is for anyone who's either ran the NY Marathon or been over there around the time of it.
I'm assuming that a lot of people travel across to New York a couple of days either side of the date of the marathon, but how busy do things get flight and accomodation wise? Looking at running the 2007 Marathon and want to find out as much as possible about things so that I don't end up leaving things till they're booked up.
Looking at possibly going to HKG/SYD the week after so not overly bothered what class I fly in (though I do have plenty of time to pay for things if I decide UC would be the most beneficial).
