hi all
i booked last oct 18th using m+m for a holiday this July. Now we have a family wedding in orlando the first week of november.I was hoping to move the flight dates to the 26th october, but the problem is that out of the 3 flight tickets i bought 2 were issued on the 18th oct and 1 on the 1st November. Virgin are saying that the tickets are only valid for 12 months so i cant change them, I can't cancel and rebook either as they have said i will lose all the money. They have suggested that i email fly.virgin.com but this email address doesnt seem to work.
please can anyone offer any suggestions/help??
Thankyou
Jeanette

Well, the bad news is that Miles + Money fares are heavily restricted - so making any changes to them is going to be difficult. That said, should you end up cancelling, you should at least be able to claim the tax paid back.

The email address fly.virgin.com isn't an email address, that's just a domain name. Did you get the bit before that (ie, [email protected]?)

Welcome Jeanette,
As Pete has stated M&M are heavily restricted and the chances are that you won't be able to change.
On top of that although you are entitled to your tax back VS and other airlines charge an admin fee.
As they seem to have given you an indication to write in I would do that as you never know - If the flight you have booked is heavily in demand (maybe the start of kids holidays) you never know.

All the best with your quest. This is one of the problems with restricted fares.
