My original thread is Virgin Flightstore and MBNA
But felt it was news worthy to post here.
The short story is that MBNA wouldn't give me 4 miles per pound (black card) for purchases with Virgin Flightstore, even though I was directed to them by the Virgin Atlantic website and thought I was booking with Virgin direct.
After waiting 2 months for MBNA to get back to me with a response, I finally e-mailed Virgin customer services about this in December and today I finally got this response!
Dear Mr Yellow Snow,
Thank you for your latest email, I apologise for the delayed response.
I can confirm that you should now earn 4 x every pound spent with the Virgin Flightstore, however if you have any further problems please do not hesitate to contact me again.
So there you go, don't give up with Virgin, common sense prevails in the end along with good friendly customer service.

Incidentally, following my original phone call to MBNA about this in September, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me, good job I didn't hold my breath[n][n][n]
