10% off offer is back again, after a few days break lol

If you are a VS FC member then you get 10% all the time anyways and as these offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (ie the VS FC 10% discount) then they are really of no benefit. Now if they allowed us to use our existing FC 10% discount and then the VH 10% offer also, that would be a whole new kettle of fish and worth looking at! (wishful thinking I know!)

Attitude23 totally agree they should give something extra to us VS FC/FVC members otherswise it makes a mockery of having the club discount if everyone and anyone can get it for an online booking.

Yeah, I'm in the process of looking at a Virgin Holidays booking, and the online discount is 5% and available to anyone - the value of my FC discount is therefore actually only an additional 5%.

If you book over the phone, like I have with my last 3 VH's then you obviously don't get the online discount so your FC discount is a full 10%, and with VH unless its a very straight forward booking then I find it very difficult to be able to book online due to the booking systems limitations.

Claire - as an online booker AND FC / FVC member I agree and it's being debated over here.

I'm looking at a fairly complex package with upgraded room and flights over two sectors each way (with only some sectors upgradable), and it seems pretty a straightforward system. Of course, I haven't reached the point of completing the booking and paying yet, so maybe that's where its limitations become apparent.
